BRC Accredited Standard Pest Control Services
Pest Control and Prevention Services for BRC Accredited Businesses
Pest control specialists, helping you achieve and retain BRC accreditation
If you’re seeking to achieve or retain BRC accreditation and require a reliable pest control provider to help you reach the quality and hygiene standards required by BRC certification, we’re here to help.
What is BRC Certification / BRC Accreditation?
Every food manufacturing facility must adhere to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. The British Retail Consortium Global Standard for Food Safety, known more commonly as BRC global standards, is a product and process certification standard known for compliance to industry best practices.
BRC standard certification is an internationally recognised mark of food safety and quality. Most large retailers will insist that a supplier is BRC accredited before stocking their products.
One of the key areas of BRC compliance is ensuring that adequate pest control is in place on the premises.
In relation to pest control, the BRC standard states that 'the whole site shall have an effective preventive pest control programme in place to minimise the risk of infestation and there shall be the resources available to respond rapidly to any issues which occur to prevent risk to products.'
