All Technicians are trained and certificated to BPCA and or RSH standards as a minimum. Further specialist training is conducted in specific topics as necessary. The company also operates the BASIS PROMPT system of continuing professional development in which all Technicians are engaged.
We encourage management and clients to nominate any members of staff who have shown excellence in performance, initiative or customer care. We have many examples of this award and actively encourage more nominations.
All Technicians receive initial Induction training on joining the company covering Health & Safety awareness, C.O.S.H.H., Manual Handling, Personal Protective Equipment, and Specific Training identified by Risk Assessment. Further specialist training is conducted in specific topics as necessary.
We have efficient job dispatch, job tracking, and reporting facilities. We operate a comprehensive job scheduling system which allows us to plan workload and react to incidental requirements. The capacity of each Technician is monitored throughout each day by number and type of jobs.
Scheduled contract visits and reactive visits are logged by our job scheduling system. These jobs are then conveyed to our mobile technicians in the field, who carry out the work and return all electronic data and completed documentation to the head office for processing.
