Paul is a leading member of the Admin team and is largely responsible for Scheduling/organising technicians' work.
Paul and his team manage the function of our Job Scheduling system and coordinate the various reports coming back from the field.
His role involves front line communication with Clients, Technicians and the general public. He and his colleagues maintain close liaison with all parties to ensure smooth allocation of work to the Technicians, and reports for our customers.
Paul is known amongst our many clients for his excellent customer service.
With a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration, and comprehensive IT skills he is a real asset to our team.
